Choose the export that matches what you need. Nune prepares one export at a time and emails a secure download link when it is ready.

Account Data

Select Request Account Data for account, billing, support and activity records.

Nune CMS Export

Select Request Nune CMS Export for the selected website's CMS content and uploaded media in Nune's archive format.

Download the result

  1. Confirm the request.
  2. Wait for the preparation email.
  3. Open the secure link and download the file promptly.

The request list shows its status. Download links expire after 24 hours. Passwords, tokens and secret keys are removed where detected.

An export is not the same as a restore and does not change the website.

If it does not work

Only one export can be prepared at a time. If a link has expired, request a new export. Contact Support if a request remains pending or fails.
