Set up reCAPTCHA

A website using a custom domain needs reCAPTCHA keys registered for that domain. Public forms can remain paused until both keys are saved.

Add the keys

  1. Create a reCAPTCHA registration for the website's domain with the supported reCAPTCHA type.
  2. Add both the main domain and www version when both are used.
  3. Copy the site key and secret key.
  4. Open Site Settings > Integrations.
  5. Paste both values and select Save Site.

Test it

Open the public website in a private browser window and submit a contact or booking form. Also test checkout when Stripe is enabled.

If it does not work

Check that:

  • both keys belong to the same registration;
  • the exact custom domain is registered;
  • the custom domain is saved in Site Settings;
  • the page is not still open from before the settings were saved.

Do not send the secret key in a support ticket.
