Pause or retire a client website

Export anything the client needs and confirm ownership before changing access or account status.

Before changing the site

  1. Confirm the client's written instruction.
  2. Request a Nune CMS Export when a copy is required.
  3. Record any final billing details outside Nune.
  4. Check whether the domain or email services must be moved.
  5. Remove access only after the client has received required data.

Pause or cancel

Use Plan & Billing for changes to the developer account's Nune subscription. A client billing status in Site Settings is only an internal tracker and does not pause the website.

Pausing is suitable for a temporary break. Cancellation takes the account offline at the scheduled date and starts its displayed data-retention period.

Do not delete files manually as a substitute for an export or an agreed cancellation process.
