Create or edit a post

Use posts for news, articles and other dated content shown in your blog.

Add a post

  1. Open Posts > Add Post.
  2. Enter the Post title. Clear Show title only when the title should remain hidden on the public post.
  3. Check the Slug. This becomes the final part of the post address.
  4. Add a short Excerpt for listings and a full Content section for the post itself.

The initial choice follows Settings > Default Content Layout. Use the excerpt arrows to place the excerpt before or after the main content. This applies at every size for a full-width post and when a two-column post stacks; desktop two-column placement remains unchanged.

  1. Select one or more Categories. If you select none, Nune uses Uncategorised.
  2. Choose the default two-column layout or Full width.
  3. Select a Main Image and optional gallery images. Clear Show main image to keep the image for sharing and listings without showing it on the post.
  4. Add an SEO title and description if they should differ from the normal title and excerpt.
  5. Keep Active / visible on website selected when the post is ready, then select Create Post.

Edit a post

Open Posts > All Posts, find the post, select Edit, make the changes and select Update Post.

Changing a slug changes the post address. Avoid changing it after sharing the link unless the old address is redirected.
