Use the Media Library

The Media Library stores reusable images, videos and files for your website.

Upload media

  1. Open Media > Media Library.
  2. Drag files onto Upload new media, or select the upload area to browse your device.
  3. Select Upload selected files and keep the page open until uploading and processing finish.

For a video, choose the section to keep and the thumbnail frame when prompted. Large videos take longer to upload and process.

Edit media details

Select an item to open its details. You can update its title, alt text, caption and description, then select Save details.

Use concise alt text to describe the purpose of an image to someone who cannot see it. Leave it empty only for a purely decorative image.

The ID shown with the file details can be selected to copy a ready-to-use media reference for a shortcode.

Manage several items

Use Select media for bulk downloads, web-size regeneration or deletion. Show unused helps find files that Nune does not currently detect in content.

Deleting media can break pages, products, galleries or sharing images that use it. Check carefully before confirming.
