Troubleshooting
My changes are not showing
First confirm that the edit was saved successfully and that you are viewing the matching page on the correct website.
Check the edit
- Return to the editing screen and look for the success confirmation.
- Check that the page, post or product is active or published.
- Use its saved URL or the website-view shortcut instead of an older browser tab.
- Refresh the public page. On a phone or tablet, close and reopen the page if a normal refresh keeps the old version.
- Make sure you edited the intended item, especially when two items have similar titles.
Check visibility and placement
A saved item may exist without appearing in the place you expected:
- a page must be added to a menu if you want a navigation link;
- a post or product may be hidden by its category or listing settings;
- homepage content is controlled separately in Settings > Homepage;
- a banner must be active and allowed on the current page;
- a custom footer must contain the saved component and be assigned to the intended column.
Avoid losing work
Do not repeatedly recreate the item. Reopen it from its CMS dashboard and confirm whether your latest text is present. If it is present in the CMS but absent from the website, record the page address and contact support.
When reporting the problem, include:
- the page address;
- the title of the item you edited;
- what you expected to see;
- the approximate time you saved it;
- a screenshot, if possible.
