Create internal client plans
Client Plans are private packages for organising the services and prices you offer your own clients. They do not change your Nune plan, enforce Nune limits or collect client payments.
Only developer account owners and admins can manage these plans.
Add a plan
- Open Client Plans.
- Enter a clear Plan name.
- Add an optional Suggested price and billing Frequency.
- Use Storage note, MB as a reference for the allowance you promise the client.
- Summarise services under Included features or limits.
- Add a client-facing Description and private Internal notes where useful.
- Leave Active selected when the plan should be available for assignment.
- Select Add Plan.
The storage and feature entries are planning notes; the developer account's actual Nune limits continue to come from Plan & Billing.
Assign a plan
Choose the plan while adding a new site, or assign it later in the client site's Settings. The site count beside a plan shows how many client sites currently use it.
Edit, deactivate or delete
Open a plan under Current Client Plans, change its fields and select Save Plan.
Turn off Active when you no longer want to assign it to new clients. Existing assignments remain visible.
A plan assigned to at least one client site cannot be deleted. Move those sites to another plan or mark the old plan inactive instead.
