Understand site health and storage
The dashboard shows account-wide usage. Site Health identifies the selected website and its CMS data version.
Dashboard storage
The storage card compares combined site usage with the account allowance. Uploaded images, video and other client files contribute to usage.
If usage approaches the limit, remove files that are genuinely no longer required or review available storage add-ons under Plan & Billing.
Site Health
- Migration shows whether the CMS database setup or update completed successfully.
- Database identifies the selected website's database. It is informational.
- Content version is the installed CMS database version.
- Created and Updated show account-record dates.
You do not need to change these values.
When to ask for help
Contact Support if Migration shows failed, the CMS cannot open, or storage remains unexpectedly high after unused files are removed. Include the website name and the status shown; do not send database credentials.
