Manage your Nune plan and billing

Plan & Billing shows account limits and subscription changes. Only account owners and admins can manage billing.

Current and available plans

Current Plan shows the active plan, account status, site usage and storage allowance. Each available plan shows its price, account type, site allowance and storage.

To change plan:

  1. Find the required plan.
  2. Select Schedule Upgrade or Schedule Downgrade.
  3. Complete Stripe checkout if Nune asks for payment details.
  4. Check Scheduled Change for the effective date.

Plan changes normally take effect from the next subscription period. You can select Cancel Scheduled Change before that date.

You cannot move to a plan that allows fewer sites than the account currently contains. Reduce the number of sites or choose a suitable plan first.

Add-ons

Available add-ons can increase storage, emails or site allowances, depending on the account type.

Choose a quantity and select Add Now. A paid add-on requires an active paid base subscription. Removing an add-on schedules it to stop at the next renewal; select Keep Add-on to cancel that removal.

Pause the account

A pause hides the public website at the end of the current billing period while retaining account data under the configured paused plan.

  1. Add an optional reason.
  2. Confirm that the pause will happen at the next billing period.
  3. Select Schedule Pause.

The public website remains active until the displayed date. Select Cancel Scheduled Pause before then if you change your mind. When an account is already paused, use Request Reactivation to ask Nune to restore it.

Pausing is different from cancelling: it is intended for a temporary break and may use a reduced storage plan.

Cancel the account

Cancellation takes effect at the next billing period and takes the website offline. Nune retains the account data for 90 days after cancellation before it may be deleted.

  1. Enter an optional reason.
  2. Confirm that you understand the retention period.
  3. Select Schedule Cancellation and confirm the prompt.

The effective and deletion dates appear after scheduling. Select Keep Account before cancellation takes effect if you want to withdraw the request.

Download any records you need and contact support before the retention period ends if you may want to reactivate.
