Fix website login access

A website login checks both your Nune credentials and your access to that particular site.

Check these first

  1. Use the login link shown for the correct website.
  2. Check that the email is the one saved under Account Settings.
  3. Use Forgot password if the password is uncertain.
  4. Ask an owner or admin to check your status under Team Access.

The message Invalid email or password for this site can mean the email belongs to a Nune user who has not been assigned to that website.

Custom-domain login

Use the Nune slug login until the custom domain is SSL ready. A pending domain may still open another server or an incomplete login page.

If access was disabled

An owner or admin can select Enable Access. Removing someone from a site requires them to be added again before they can sign in there.
