Change your Nune login and password

Account Settings controls your personal Nune credentials and the billing address for the overall account. Only account owners and admins can use this page.

Change the login email

  1. Open Account Settings.
  2. Enter the new Login email.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Select Update Login Email.

This changes the email used to sign in to Nune and attempts to update your linked CMS logins. It does not change the website contact recipient or individual client contact records.

The address must not already belong to another Nune account.

Change the account billing email

  1. Enter the address in Account Billing Email.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Select Update Billing Email.

Nune plan, subscription, pause, cancellation and billing notifications are sent here. This can differ from your login email.

Change the password

  1. Enter your current password.
  2. Enter a new password of at least 12 characters.
  3. Enter the same new password again.
  4. Select Update Password.

The new password must differ from the current one. Nune also attempts to update your linked CMS login password, so use the new password for both areas afterwards.

Other website email addresses

Open Site Settings to change client contacts, website recipients, sender details or newsletter email settings. These addresses serve different purposes and are not automatically replaced when you change your personal login.

If you cannot sign in

Use Forgot password on the login page. Reset links expire after one hour and can be used only once.
