Forms, email and bookings
Create contact forms and manage messages
Contact forms save submissions in the CMS and send a notification when website email and a recipient are configured.
Create a contact form
- Open Mail > Contact Forms and choose Create new form.
- Add the title, introductory text and success message.
- Use Show title to control whether the heading appears on the website.
- Leave Recipient email override blank to use the site's default recipient, or enter a different address for this form.
- Optionally choose a mailing list to display a consent checkbox.
- Add, remove and arrange the fields. Choose each field's type, placeholder or options, required state and active state.
- Keep the form active and select Save contact form and fields.
- Copy the displayed contact-form shortcode into a page or footer text block.
For dropdown, checkbox and radio fields, enter one choice per line in Options. Use simple field names because they become the saved and emailed keys.
Manage messages
Open Mail > Messages to search submissions or filter them by form, date and order. Select a message to read its full contents and submitted details.
Use Mark as read or Mark as unread to manage follow-up. Reply via email opens your device's email application with the sender's address; it does not send the reply inside Nune.
Messages remain saved even if a notification email fails. If no notification arrives, first confirm the form recipient and website email settings.
