Getting started
Your Nune CMS at a glance
The Nune CMS is the private area where you manage your website. The dashboard gives you shortcuts and an overview; the main menu takes you to each set of tools.
Main areas
- Pages manages the permanent pages of your website, such as About or Services.
- Posts manages news, articles and blog content.
- Shop manages products, orders, discounts, bundles, tax and shipping.
- Media Library stores the images, videos and files you reuse around the site.
- Galleries groups media into galleries that can be placed on pages.
- Forms and Messages manages contact forms and the messages they receive.
- Bookings manages booking forms, reservations and waiting lists.
- Mailer manages subscribers, email templates and newsletters.
- Settings controls the homepage, menus, branding, business details, design, footer, banners, SEO and maintenance mode.
- Team Access controls which other people can use your CMS and what they are allowed to manage.
The exact menu can vary depending on the features enabled for your website and your own permissions.
View the website
Use the arrow icon in the CMS header to open the public website. When you are signed in, the website also provides shortcuts back to the dashboard and to edit the page you are viewing.
Saving changes
Most editing screens have a Save, Update, Create or Publish button. Wait for the success message before leaving the screen.
Some changes are visible immediately. If the old version remains on screen, refresh the public page before editing it again.
